My work history as a loan officer starting in 1981, I’ve coached and mentored over 2,000 clients before gradually incorporating my educational approach to real estate and shifting my focus to the sale and purchase process numbering over 200 closed transactions not including my commercial real estate sales and property management responsibilities for clients and family property. From 1996 through 2007 I managed Circarta Advisors, an advisory real estate group with 55+ agents conducting hundreds of annual real estate transactions. Having shifted from 55 agents to a boutique, high end advisory, Home In Silicon Valley represents the current evolution of my business operation. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, I continue to manage a sizable portfolio of rental property spanning Silicon Valley. My personal and family history as a 7th generation McKee, various members of our family have homesteaded farm locations throughout the Santa Clara County dating back to the mid 1850’s. As a local resident, I live very near the Winchester Mystery House where my father, grandfather and close family have all lived since the early 1900’s.Old fashioned values fused with cutting edge technology have helped shape my unique style and flair.
